Health Tech Assembly
The Health Tech Assembly (HTA) is a collaboration between 4 disciplines of graduate education at Columbia University formed to foster innovation in healthcare. The leadership of HTA represents the medical, engineering, business, and social work schools at Columbia – recognizing the importance of these four fields in the advancement of healthcare.
We aim to create an environment where nascent ideas can be evaluated for their real world applicability (clinicians and scientists), feasibility (engineers), and market potential (entrepreneurs) simultaneously. We want to encourage the development and refinement of early ideas and provide information on concrete steps towards turning ideas into products and companies.
Want to start companies and make stuff happen?
Join us at our meeting on October 15th @ 6:30 PM.

Have an idea to pitch? Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with a 1-2 paragraph description of the potential service or product idea you would like to pitch to the group. We will not be able to allot time to every idea but will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests at a future meeting.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but we’d love to know who shows up to give priority access for future events!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
