Scott Levitt, Associate, Roberts Mitani Life Science Investment Group

Associate RMA, holds 6 years of experience specializing in biomedical R&D and process engineering. Scott focuses on identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the technology, market opportunity, clinical data, and financials of companies in the life science and healthcare sectors.

Prior to Roberts Mitani, Scott worked with Innovia and Syntheon on devices with applications in cardiology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and minimally invasive surgery. He conducted clinical research and co-authored a paper at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as well as developed several devices and systems to support interventional cardiology procedures. Additionally, Scott served as a teaching assistant at the University of Pennsylvania for a number of courses covering the fundamentals of high-tech startups including developing strategies for product positioning, marketing, distribution, sales, operations, management and financing.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering and Engineering Entrepreneurship from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
